Business Analyst

Job Description:

  • Work with stakeholders from all business units and related third parties to capture business needs.
  • Clearly articulate and document business requirements.
  • Effectively prioritize workload/backlog.
  • Coordinate project delivery.
  • Proactively resolve stakeholders’ satisfaction issues.
  • Develop documentation, reports and presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Collect and analyze data from a variety of primary and secondary sources and effectively communicate the findings and insights to the project team.
  • Demonstrate creativity to solve technical/analytical puzzles as well as big picture business improvement.
  • Product troubleshooting, support, testing, and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Banking, Economics, Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Business Analyst or a similar position.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in banking or financial services sector.
  • Experience in loan, credit or related field.
  • Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Regulatory / data awareness.
  • Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with CMMI, Agile and Scrum, and familiar with JIRA is a plus.
  • Self-management, appropriate project management skills, and soft skills for engaging with stakeholders.

Project Manager Trainee

Job Description:

  • Lead planning, development and implementation of projects including participate in the design and testing phases, follow a defined project management methodology.
  • Coordinate project plans to meet the goals and priorities of the organization.
  • Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
  • Develop methods to monitor project or area progress and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
  • Manage project resource allocation.
  • Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements. Interact regularly with clients to determine their interest and to develop plans for improving delivery.
  • Work cross-module to solve problems and implement changes.
  • Present oral and written reports defining plan, progress, problems and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
  • Provide coaching and direction setting to project team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 1 years of Project Management experiences in software development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communications, customer relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Good co-ordination skill.
  • Good project management, team leadership and sense of ownership.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge in agile methodology is a plus
  • Able to work independently and proactively in managing multiple teams with multiple projects.
  • Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills.
