SUMMARY:

RockYou Media is currently seeking a Sr. Web Designer to join its media team. The position requires a passion for storytelling through creative digital experiences from concept exploration to production-ready designs with UX at the forefront.
Formerly known for its strong presence in the social gaming space, RockYou Media is rapidly expanding into digital media publishing and is invested in growing brands to reach an engaged multicultural millennial audience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work closely with the design team to create responsive/ mobile websites
• Creating screen layouts, color palettes, typography, UI elements, and icons
• Creating production-ready pixel perfect graphic assets/comps
• Provide clear strategic solutions, guidelines and design direction
• Supporting the Sales department by creating social banners, banner ads, and other marketing materials from concept through production for brands and agencies
• Staying organized and focused while working on multiple projects
• Work both independently and with a team and to excel in a rapidly changing environment
• A strong communicator and team player who is open-minded, collaborates and assists others to build good working relationships
• Communicate with the global Creative Team and iterate quickly based on feedback from the stakeholders

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong Layout, Typography and Design Experience
• Experience designing responsive & mobile websites
• A strong eye for usability, typography, layout, and UI design
• Experience with UX design principles and processes
• Proficient knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
• Self-motivated, organized and accountable
• Must be Thai native
• Must be able to speak & write in English
• Portfolio exhibits deep understanding of Responsive Web Design.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hands-on development skills, knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
• Has experience working with an international company
• Has agency or media company experience
• Familiarity with social networking sites: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, etc.
