About Your Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated developer who wishes to develop her career in an innovative start-up. The successful candidate will be part of the product development team, reporting to the CTO, and will have a key role in maintaining the KYKLO application and developing its new features.
In order to develop its business, we look forward to build awesome code to our application.
Your role will be to:
• Apply design practices and workflow of KYKLO
Expected Outcome
o 100% of branches tested on R. spec, as measured at pull request
o 100% of features/ Bug Patches developed as single branch in Gitflow
o >80% of features shall be developed in OOP
o Know & practice TDD on 100% of features and Bug Patches
• Maintain a stable and predictable velocity
Expected Outcome
o Quote and Evaluate 100% pivotal tasks
o Execute own pipeline with less than 25% drop in personal velocity
• Communicate transparently & pro-actively with Lead Developer & product owner on issues, delays
Expected Outcome
o 100% of issues informed though pivotal
• Obtain & reinforce knowledge on key topics for current & future platform
Expected Outcome
o Work on at least a new personal non-profit/ hobby project per quarter, outside office hours
Skills and Experience
• Thai Nationality
• 2 years or more of experience in Unit and Integration Testing
• Has worked in Linux environment more than 80% of career
• Has worked with weekly deadlines more than 80% of career
• Knowledge in OOP Native language (Ruby, Java, C#)
• Knowledge in Pivotal, Jira
• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
• Agile development process knowledge
• Humble and Confident
• Team player
• Open, eager to learn, LOVE coding
