We are a startup of experienced entrepreneurs working on the development of a new platform for the property sector. If you are qualified and added to our team (7 people), you will be involved in many aspects of the development cycle and you will definitely acquire new skills and learn new tools and frameworks. We expect you to be a team player and passionate about great development. You will work with the Platform Manager who is an experienced developer from Argentina. Company funding is in place. Office is in the Rama 9 area.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop software and systems related to building a new real estate platform
Design and implement APIs for allowing 3rd party to interface with the property platform
Work closely with mobile development lead to improve the flow of application including server-client performance
Evaluate technology products and integration into the ProperDi platformC#
Supporting application deployments; building, upgrading and patching
Using monitoring tools to find and solve problems
Actively participate in high level team activities such as suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements and conducting tool evaluations
Staying up-to-date about the latest mobile, infrastructure and digital technologies
Design/develop application that will help to eliminate repetitive work and improve overall process and system efficiency
Requirements:
C# coding
SQL Server
Entity Framework 6 (Code First)
ASP.NET Web API
Knowledge of MS Azure is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
2-5 years' experience in API development
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
Excellent debugging and optimization skills
Creative and innovative type of people
Flexible and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Experience with Big Data analytic is a plus
Experience with mobile development is a plus
Experience in evaluating open source products and libraries for adoption into a larger system a strong plus
Good command of English. Bilingual in Thai is a plus
Process:
Initial meeting with Founder and HR. If pass, then second meeting with Team leader and possible team members. Expect start of employment in one week from offer
Salary:
30k - 35k depending upon experience
