System Analyst

Job Description:

• Analyze and design solution to the highest effectiveness for customer.
• Create work breakdown structure.
• Generate innovate ideas for new solution and process improvement.
• Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support.
• Lead the session with customer and stakeholders and drive team to achieve result.
• Documentation of technical solutions to ensure other team members can do onward development.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT related field.
• At least 1 years’ experience in software development and design.
• Good interpersonal, energetic and communication skill.
• Knowledge of programming and scripting such as OOP, JAVA, Shell Script, Database, SQL, Development framework.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and wisely apply new platforms and technologies.

Preferred qualification:

• Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile is preferable.
• Experience with CMMI and Agile is a plus.
• Knowledge of workflow process engine or content engine is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and self-management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills.
