Developer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineer
• 0-2 years' experience in development
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Experience building object oriented web applications in JavaScript (node.js), HTML5, and CSS
• Good experience in Database Management using MySQL, Postgres, Aurora etc.
• Preferable : Understanding of cloud server and infrastructure ex. AWS, GCP
• Preferable : Understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
• Preferable : Experience in Mobile application

Responsibilities

Front-end

• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end

Back-end

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developers with server side logic
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Implementation of security and data protection
   

QA Manager

Qualifications

• 4+ years Experience testing Web UI Interfaces, REST-API interface
• 2+ years Experience in management
• Working experience on agile methodologies
• Leadership and strong analytical skills
• Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Expertise writing software test plans, test scripts, and designing and implementing software testing strategies from scratch
• Good interpersonal skills and work as a team player

Responsibilities

• Building QA team and implementing QA process on agile methodologies
• Manage a team of QA testers and customer services employees to ensure delivery of high-quality websites
• Work with all team members to ensure accurate and timely testing of all projects
• Manage bug reports, bug tracking(s) and various QA reports
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to identify and isolate issues
   

QA

Qualifications

• 1+ years Experience in website testing
• Working experience on agile methodologies
• Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in define product quality strategy and test plan
• Experience testing in web applications / web services
• Good interpersonal skills and work as a team player
• Background in agile development

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
   

PO (Product Owner)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
• 0-2 years' of experience in project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Scrum or Agile experience
• Skill for Selling: Presentation, Negotiating skills, skills Initiative
• The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
• The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
• New Graduates are welcome
  Preferable
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Digital marketing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
   

Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
• 0-2 years' of experience in project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Scrum or Agile experience
• Skill for Selling: Presentation, Negotiating skills, skills Initiative
• The capacity to work well on your own or in a team

Responsibilities

• Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
• Provide the best solution to fit with client requirement and theirs business need
• Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
• Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client's needs
• Answering any technical questions the client might have
• Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
