Software Engineer

(25-40k depending on experience)

What will you do

• Develop our marketplace/lending platform and related components
• Write stable and maintainable codes
• Create integration and unit tests
• Ensure the code quality and architecture is in line with best practice
• Assist and coordinate with business and marketing team as required

Are we right for each other?

• 1-3 years’ experience in Software Engineering
• Good knowledge about Object-Oriented programing languages specially PHP, Python, C# or Java and willing to change between programing languages
• Experience with Git, SASS, Webpack and NPM is a plus
• Experience with PHP language and framework is a plus e.g. Laravel and Lumen
• Experience with JS framework and ES6 is a plus preferably VueJS
• You must possess a CAN-DO attitude.
• You love to learn and explore new stuff.
• You are a good team player with good communication skills and love to COLLABORATE
• You are open-minded
• Be able to communicate in English

Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer

(40-80k depending on experience)

What will you do at

• Develop our marketplace/lending platform and related components
• Gather requirements from biz team and convert them to technical tasks
• Support and coach engineers
• Write stable and maintainable codes
• Review codes/tests and ensure the quality through pull request
• Make sure the works are delivered on-time
• Create integration and unit tests on what you have built
• Follow development best practices, test automation, CI/CD, version control etc.

Are we right for each other?

• 5+ years web development experience with LAMP stack (3+ years with PHP frameworks preferably Laravel/Lumen)
• Strong leadership experience
• Expertise in PHP, ES6, SQL, OOP and responsive website development (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Bulma, JQuery, etc.) and one of the JS frameworks (VueJS or React) preferably VueJS
• Expertise in Git, SASS, Webpack and NPM
• Experience with TDD and agile methodologies preferably Scrum
• Experience with SOLID principles, design patterns, and TDD
• DevOps skill on AWS, Docker or other Cloud services is a plus
• You must possess a CAN-DO attitude.
• You love to learn and always keep yourself update to the latest tech trends.
• You love to discuss and chat on what you have done and improve it if there is a room to
• You are a strong communicator and an able manager that thrives on cross-functional and collaborative work with internal and external parties.
• Be able to communicate in English
