ปล. บอกรุ่น laptop ด้วยก็ดี เพราะจะเปิดคู่มือดูว่ามันต้องทำอะไรเป็นพิเศษหรือเปล่าครับ

invalid access to memory location นี่เป็นเพราะลงผิดรุ่น (64bit หรือ 32bit) หรือเปล่าครับ
แนะนำให้ลงใหม่ผ่านตัว setup.exe ของ driver แทนที่จะเป็นผ่าน add hardware wizard นะครับ(ส่วนมากถ้าไม่ได้แตกมาจาก .cab จะมี)
ถ้าลงถูกรุ่นแล้วไม่ได้ ลองใช้ add hardware wizard หา driver จากเน็ตให้อัตโนมัติดูนะครับ ถ้ายังไม่ได้อีกตัวชิพเสียงเองอาจจะเสีย ให้ลองกลับไปใช้ Windows รุ่นที่ติดมากับเครื่อง(หรือรุ่นที่ใช้ตอนซื้อเครื่อง)ดูครับ ถ้าไม่ได้จริงๆอาจจะเสียแล้วแหละ
