1. Associate Information Security Consultant (5 positions)

Job Description:
Establish the information security management program to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information by applying a risk management process within the organization and also help client to meet the requirement of international accepted standard such as ISO/IEC 27001

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, MIS, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields

• At least 1 year’ experience in information security, IT audit, information technology

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating system, network, server, programming

• Familiar with regulatory requirement (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001) is a plus

• Obtained professional certificate (e.g., Security+, SSCP, ITIL) or equivalent is an advantage

• Self-motivated, proactive, able to either work independently or as part of a team

• Good command in English (TOEIC or equivalent minimum score is 600)

      2. Consultant (5 positions)
  

Job Description:
Be part of the Consulting Team to provide consulting advice based on ISO 22301 and related standards to customers including

• Risk management
• Business continuity management and IT disaster recovery
• control design, implementation and documentation
• auditing and recommendation
• Project management and reporting

Requirements:

• Thai Nationality

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields

• At least 0-2 years of working experiences

• Experienced in risk management methodology and business continuity management (BCM) is preferable

• Logical thinking and analytical skills are a must

• Be able to work under pressure, managing planning and implementation effectively work independently as well as a team

• Requires enthusiastic, active and service minded with excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)

• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Professional experience in such areas as IT security management design and implementation, IT security assessment, business process and control review is a plus

• Professional certification in relevant industry is a plus

      3. Senior Marketing (1 position)
  

Job Description:
This position will focus on increasing sales and profitability effectively, and raising the brand awareness of the public and our core target groups - both as a result of specific marketing initiatives and indirectly through enhanced reputation and awareness.

1. Take responsibility for the marketing and communications component of the overall strategy.
2. Design and produce communications materials for events, point of contact, direct – indirect marketing and others.
3. Design and implement communications and marketing campaigns that generate brand awareness leads and add significantly new customer base.
4. Develop campaigns using digital communications and social media.
5. Undertake the necessary marketing research, profiling and competitive analysis.
6. Proactively identify and follow-up opportunities to promote alerts to selected target customer through a range of communications channels, including media, networks, mailings and online communications.
7. Devise and present annual work-plans and objectives with clear priorities; provide regular reports on progress – written and verbal – to the head of company.
8. Other duties as assigned.

      4. Accounting Manager (1 Position)
  

Job Description:

• Responsible for accounting transaction recording
• Inspect all documentation concerning monetary and accounting transactions such as expenses
• Responsible for preparing month-end / year-end closing of financial statement
• Responsible for preparing analysis or report requested by management
• Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls
• Liaise with the external and act as a key contact with Revenue Department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus

• At least 7 years’ experience in financial accounting and/or managerial accounting

• Familiar with service or professional service industry is a plus

• Ability to plan, make decision, solve problem, work under high-pressure environment and meet deadline

• Good command in English

    5. Sales Support (1 position)
  

Job Description:

1. เตรียมเอกสารประกอบ Proposal เพื่อเตรียมเสนอให้กับลูกค้าตามโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และทันตามกำหนดระยะเวลา รวมถึงจัดเตรียมเอกสารเปิดโครงการ เพื่อส่งให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และรวดเร็ว
2. ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อรับ TOR เพื่อนำมาจัดทำเอกสารประกอบ Proposal รวมถึงทำการพิจารณา TOR ที่ได้รับว่าเหมาะสมที่จะดำเนินการต่อหรือไม่
3. สามารถจัดเตรียมเอกสารขอขึ้นลูกค้าใหม่ เช่น เอกสารสำคัญของทางบริษัท, ใบรับรองคุณวุฒิต่างๆ (Certificate) , ใบเสนอราคา เป็นต้น
4. รวบรวมเอกสารเบิก – จ่าย ต่างๆ ของพนักงานขายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้า เพื่อส่งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องดำเนินการต่อไป

Job Description:

• นัดหมายการประชุมเปิด - ปิดโครงการ Internal kickoff Meeting และ นัดหมายการประชุมเปิดโครงการ ระหว่างบริษัทและลูกค้า รวมถึงจดบันทึกและทำรายงานการประชุม
• เตรียมเอกสาร พร้อมทั้งตรวจทานความถูกต้อง เพื่อทำการส่งมอบงานให้ลูกค้า จัดทำสไลด์ในการประชุมนำเสนอลูกค้า และซีดีส่งมอบงาน
• ติดตามความคืบหน้าการวางบิลและสถานะรับเงินในแต่ละงวดงาน พร้อมทั้งแจ้งข้อมูลการรับเงินให้กับ PM ทุกครั้งที่ได้รับเงินในแต่ละงวด
• จัดเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการจัดอบรม
• อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
