### คำว่า Server ใน Windows domain มันคืออะไรหรอครับ..

พอดีว่าตอนนี้ผมกำลังจะศึกษาทดลองใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager อยู่ครับ แล้วคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ผมใช้ในการศึกษาก็คือคอมพิวเตอร์ในห้องคอมฯของมหาวิทยาลัยครับ ทีนี้ผมไม่สามารถที่จะลงโปรแกรมตัวนี้ได้เลยครับ มันบอกว่า
Setup has not detected an existing installation of site server, site system, or Configuration Manager console on this computer.
"You cannot install site server components on this computer because it is not a server in a Windows domain"

เหมือนกับว่าสาเหตุหลักๆที่ไม่สามารถที่จะดำเนินการติดตั้งต่อไปใดๆได้เลยก็คือข้อความในบรรทัดที่สองนี่แหละครับ "it is not a server in a Windows domain" เลยอยากจะถามผู้รู้หน่อยครับว่า มันคืออะไรหรอครับ เกี่ยวกับ ip เครื่องที่ผมใช้ไหมครับว่าเป็นอย่างเช่น "192.168.6.xx" อะไรงี้อ่ะครับ แล้วผมจะต้องทำยังไงถึงจะทำให้ให้คอมพิวเตอร์ที่ผมใช้เป็น Server ใน Windows domain ได้หรอครับ

ต้องมี Active Directory และ เครื่องที่จะติดตั้งต้อง Join domain ไม่แน่ใจว่าถ้า ทำให้เครื่องที่จะลงเป็น Domain Controller ด้วยจะ ลง ตัว System center คู่ไปด้วยเปล่า ถ้าได้ก็ดีประหยัดไปเครื่อง

ถามก่อนว่า

ที่จะลง SCCM server หรือ SCCM client?
ถ้าลง server แล้ว OS ที่ใช้จะลงนี่ Server 2008/2008R2/2012/2012R2? (note : SCCM ลงใน ใน workstation ไม่ได้)
เครื่องทื่ลงเนี่ย join domain (Active Directory) อยู่หรือเปล่า
จะเอา SCCM ไปทำอะไร? capture/deploy image? deploy updates? หรือทำอย่างอื่น?

ผมแนะนำว่าลองสร้าง VMs บน Hyper-V ในเครื่องคอมที่มหาลัยก็ดีนะครับ โดยสร้างสัก 3 เครื่องแล้ว setup environment ทั้งหมดขึ้นมา เพื่อเป็น DC (AD+DNS+DHCP), SCCM และ client ส่วนพวก ISO ของ OS ก็ไปโหลดเอาได้จาก MSDN หรือตัว evaluation ที่ปล่อยบนเว็บ MS
