Sr.Developer / Developer
You will be responsible for developing enterprise-scale software application based on Salesforce’s product, Cloud Computing Technologies, and Mobile Technologies including customized application. You will be involved in the development, delivery and management of technology-based business solutions to our clients across industry sectors. You may work on coding, testing and implementing configuration changes, or assist in the design of software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements. As part of the team, you'll work with the latest software and leading-edge development tools-giving you the opportunity to build specialist skills and expertise on the job.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop technical design documents (specifications) based on functional design documents (business requirements)
• Develop applications based on technical/functional design documents created from senior team members. Includes hands on involvement in designing, configuration, coding and testing of program modules
• Conduct testing and help authoring test scripts
• Maintain solutions in test and production environments including technical support and debugging
• Manage own work product, schedules and deliverables
• End user support activities. Includes assess and resolve non-standard/standard issues/problems largely on own initiative
• Coach inexperienced team members and provide advice and suggestion for issues and problems

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field from the leading University
• Good interpersonal skill
• Proficient in English both speaking and writing
• TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Good knowledge in Java platform and core components
• Good knowledge in coding skill for developing software application in iOS or Android platforms.
• Good knowledge in XML and related technologies
• Good knowledge in SQL in general and relational database (RDBMS)
• Good knowledge in web service development
• Knowledge in Web-based application development is a plus.

PREFERABLE SKILLS:

• A working knowledge in the following areas is a big plus: CRM, Design Patterns, Mobile Development, and Software Development Process
• A knowledge in UML and SDLC in general is a plus
