กลุ่มบริษัทไพร์มไทม์ ก่อตั้งจากทีมงานประสบการณ์สูง ที่ผ่านงานทางด้าน end to end video streaming platform มาอย่างโชกโชน เคยทำมาแล้วทั้งการ Live Broadcast สำหรับคอนเทนท์กีฬาให้กับ Telecom Operator รายใหญ่ที่สุดของไทย และยังเป็นทีมที่วางโครงสร้างระบบ Online Streaming ให้กับบริการดูภาพยนตร์จากฮอลลีวูดระดับพรีเมียมอย่างถูกกฎหมายแห่งแรกในประเทศ

##คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน

• สนับสนุนซอฟต์แวร์หรือคอนเทนท์ถูกกฎหมาย (หรือถ้ายังไม่เคย แต่มีใจก็สมัครได้)
• ชอบ debate นำเสนอข้อโต้แย้งด้วยเหตุและผล
• ฝีมือและประสบการณ์ไม่สำคัญเท่าทัศนคติที่ดีและพร้อมเปิดรับ
• ตื่นเต้นทุกครั้งที่จะได้เรียนรู้อะไรใหม่ๆ
• แยกแยะออกระหว่างสิ่งที่ต้องทำให้เสร็จ กับสิ่งที่อยากสร้างสรรค์
• ยิ่งถ้ารู้จักวิถี Lean Startup จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

##ตำแหน่งที่เปิดรับคือ

####Web Developer

• มาแนว Modern front-end framework เช่น AngularJS, React
• เข้าใจเรื่อง RESTful API, JSON และ client-server architectures
• สกิล HTML5, CSS3, Javascript แน่น ชอบเสพย์งาน UI สวยๆ
• ถ้ามี skill สาย Java พ่วงมาด้วยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ถ้ามี portfolio ให้ดูบน GitHub จะยิ่งดี

####Android Developer

• เคยพัฒนา Android Application มาก่อน หรือถ้ายังไม่เคยแต่มีทักษะเขียนโปรแกรมภาษาอื่นได้ดี
• ชอบที่จะเรียนรู้ framework หรือ library ใหม่ๆอยู่เรื่อยๆ
• เข้าใจการทำงานแบบ Agile และพวก GIT version control
• ตื่นเต้นทุกครั้งที่เห็นแอพใหม่ๆมี UI / UX ดีดี
• ถ้ามี portfolio ให้ดูบน Google Play จะยิ่งดี

####Software Tester

• เคยทำ test plan, test case ด้วยตัวเอง
• ละเอียด ขี้สงสัย ชอบจับผิด(เพื่อทำให้เป็นถูก)
• ถ้าคุ้นเคยกับการ test API, Mobile App หรือ Web App จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

####Content Administrator

• ชอบดูหนังหรือซีรีส์มาก จะสัญชาติไหนก็ตาม รู้รายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับหนังเยอะกว่าคนทั่วไป
• ชอบอยู่ตาม community ที่เกี่ยวกับหนัง มีความสุขเวลาได้พูดคุยเรื่องหนัง & ซีรีส์
• ต้องใช้เครื่องมือในการ publish content ทั้งหนังและซีรีส์ และจัดการ thumbnail, metadata และ catalog
• เปิดรับทั้งประสบการณ์สูง และน้องๆจบใหม่

####Data Analyst

• ชอบคลุกคลีอยู่กับข้อมูลต่างๆ เช่น ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับลูกค้า ลักษณะการใช้บริการ ดูหนังเรื่องอะไร มากน้อยขนาดไหน ประวัติการซื้อแพ็กเกจ แคมเปญและโปรโมชั่นทางการตลาด
• ชอบวิเคราะห์ ตั้งคำถาม หาคำตอบ เสนอมุมมองจากข้อมูลที่มี
• ทำ report รวบรวมข้อมูลให้ส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ใช้ Excel หมุนข้อมูลไปมาได้ ถ้าหาเครื่องมือมาช่วยได้ด้วยก็ยิ่งดี
• ทำงานคนเดียวก็ได้ ทำร่วมกับคนอื่นก็ดี กล้าพูด กล้าคุย เพื่อชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น
• เข้าใจและพร้อมที่จะปรับตัวให้ทันกับธุรกิจการให้บริการสื่อ Entertainment แบบ Online

####Content Operation Manager

• Manage various constituencies in the supply chain to ensure on time production of all contents onto the service
• Collaborate with studios, VDO encoding team, localization teams, QC, and planner to delivery finished VDO on time
• Strong project management or supply chain management skills
• Prior experience in supply chain management with many SKUs preferred
• Strong verbal and written English skills required
• Strong analytical skills, with strong excel skill preferred

####Digital Marketing Manager

• Be responsible for acquisition of large number of customers through digital channels
• Manage on-page / off-page SEO, online ads through GDN, Facebook, other affiliates
• Create customer funnel from acquisition to activation stage
• Collaborate with Content Editorial team to create relevant and viral content
• Draft landing pages, lead-generation forms, and email newsletters prior to production
• Strong knowledge about analytic tools (Google Analytic, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Knowledge about marketing automation is a plus
• Knowledge about “Growth Hacking”
