Hi, I am looking for a programmer to write a program in C# to run on Windows.

Program requires:

1. basic database MDB or SQL
2. Front end for data entry
3. Dashboard to show data results.
4. install security and password security.

Programmer requirements:

1. Can speak some English. I am a Farang and only speak very basic Thai language.
2. Not full time job. This can be extra work for programmer.
3. I live in Mueang Nonthaburi. I am happy to travel to Bangkok to meet programmer to meet and discuss project.
4. Salary is negotiable.

I have written most of the front end in VBA for demonstration to show programmer.

This is a one off project, but if we work together this might lead to upgrades or other projects.
