by RAW power iPhone 6 is about 11375/515 =~ 22x
Increased by better instruction sets, floating point, etc., I would say it's around 30-35x and 40x at most.

I would like to point out that my calculations are wrong. Both iPhone 5s and iPhone 6 values should be multiplied by 1.4 (swift->cyclone)
so the final value for iPhone 6 = 11375x1.4 =~15925 MIPS
=~ 31x
Increased by better instruction sets, floating point, etc., it's around 44-49x. So 50x is real.
