ไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็น GPL เสมอไป เพราะใช้ BSD ปิด source คู่กับ GPL ได้ อย่าง Mac OS X , PS3 และ PS4 ใช้ BSD source ครับ

พอดีงานของผมเป็น creative common by-nc-nd แต่มีเว็บต่างประเทศไปใช้ใน web commercial
คือผมสงสัยว่าผิดสัญญาอนุญาตรึเปล่า
