ใช้แทนกันได้ไม่มีปัญหาครับ แต่ถ้าประหยัดเลยก็ทดสอบบน Simulator ไปเลยก็ได้ครับ เพราะถ้าจะให้ครอบคลุมต้องเทสบนหน้าจอ 3 ขนาด iPod3(480x320), iPod4(960x640) , iPod5(1136x640)

ขอบคุณครับ ว่าแต่ Simulator นี่การแสดงผลเหมือนบน device 100% เลยใช่มั้ยครับ เพราะการเพี้ยนเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ก็นำมาซึ่งงานเข้าได้เหมือนกัน

ถ้าเทสผ่าน XCode มันจะมี Simulator Device ต่างๆ มาให้อยู่แล้วครับ ยกเว้นต้องการทดสอบกับ Device ที่รันบน iOS เก่าเช่น iOS 5-6 ต้องไปโหลดมาติดตั้งเพิ่มครับ

ผมไม่มีเครื่อง Mac ครับ ตอนนี้ใช้ Ubuntu หากจำเป็นก็ย้ายไป Windows ได้ แต่หากต้องใช้ Mac จริงๆ ผมยอมซื้อ iPhone เลยดีกว่า เพราะทำเว็บไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้อะไรพิเศษบน Mac อยู่แล้วครับ

ตอนแรกผมไปเข้าใจว่าทำเว็บแอพ ถ้าทำเว็บอย่างเดียวและมีงบอยู่บ้าง ลองหาซื้อ iPod 5 กับ iPod 4 มือสองมาใช้ทดสอบเลยน่าจะดีกว่าครับ

ขอบคุณมากเลยครับสำหรับคำแนะนำ ประเด็นที่ผมต้องการให้มั่นใจก็คือการแสดงผลบน iPhone และ iPod จะเหมือนกัน 100% หากว่าสามารถทำได้แบบนั้นก็จะช่วยประหยัดเงินได้เยอะเลยละครับ :)
