คือว่าผมไม่รู้ว่าไฟล์น้องเค้าโดนไวรัส Encrypt contents to secure data หรือ Encrypt เอาไว้เองแล้วผมก้อ Format เครื่องไปแล้วที่นี้งานเข้าเลยคับพอน้องเค้ามาเปิดงานทั้งหมดตั้งแต่ต้นปีเป็นไฟล์สีเขียวทั้งหมดไม่สามารถเปิดใช้งานได้ ทั้ง Word Excel .jpg .exe ฯลฯ ผมก้อเศร้าแล้วน้องเค้าก้อร้องไห้เลย พี่ๆมีวิธีแก้ใหมคับ รบกวนด้วยคับ

จากที่ผมเคยเจอน่ะไฟล์ที่เป็น label สีเขียวจะอยู่คนล่ะ ฮาร์ดดิสที่ลง OS หลังจาก Format ฮาร์ดดิส ลองย้ายไฟล์เหล่านั้นลงฮาร์ดดิสตัวอื่น แล้วย้ายกับมายังที่เราต้องการเก็บ หรือไม่ก็ Format ฮาร์ดดิสลูกที่เป็น label สีเขียวได้ก็ดี แค่นี้ก็หายจากสีเขียวเป็นปกติแล้วครับ แต่ไฟล์ที่ผมเป็นสามารถเปิดใช้งานได้ปกติน่ะ
สาเหตจากอะไรผมไม่รู้น่ะ แต่ทำแบบนี้แล้วมันก็หายน่ะ ไม่งั้นก้ลองหาตัวแสกนตัวอื่นมาแสกนไวรัสดู ไฟล์นี้อาจจะเป็นไฟล์ที่ไวรัสทำเสีย แล้วตัวแสกนตัวเก่าไม่สามารถลบออกหมดได้ครับ

ถ้า format ไปแล้วก็หมดสิทธิล่ะครับ เพราะมันไม่มี private key ที่เก็บใน certificate ถ้าไม่ได้ export มาเก็บไว้ข้างนอกก่อน ก็จะไม่มี key ที่ใช้ decrypt ข้อมูลแล้ว
