Main areas of responsibility:

• Maintain proper finance process in local office; help optimize finance process; and a liaison between local staff and HQ on financial related issues
• Execute cashier functions
• Ensure monthly office payment ERP submission management in timely manner
• Validate and book AP invoices and expense claim timely and accurately
• Support local office budget and revenue planning and drive local office revenue and budget control
• Documentation work; timely bind and archive accounting vouchers and related reports and other documentation work
• Prepare regular report on local operations
• Maintains individual A/R account control through coordination with internal sales and external customers;
• Prepare data for monthly AR reports and analysis.
• Assist HQ to perform month-end closing activities
• Work closely with external professional auditor to develop monthly US GAAP/local GAAP based financial statements
• Communicate with external tax professional on general accounting issues and tax filing
• Conduct financial analysis
• Educate local staff on finance process
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or finance
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Fluency in local language and English. Mandarin is highly preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical and sense of team work
• 1-2 year experience in accounting field, knowledge in tax is preferred
• Experience in budget planning and cost control is a plus
• Oracle experience is preferred

Job Responsibilities

• User needs discovery & analyses: According to overall internationalization strategy of the company, conduct in-depth research on local internet user’s needs and propose appropriate product strategies and ideas to satisfy such needs.
• Product Planning: To formulate product plans for local market based on deep understanding of local user needs, local internet resources and competition situation of local internet.
• Product decision making: From integrated domestic and international data collected, formulate and analyze trend analysis reports, cost and benefits reports. Prioritize plans and promote realization of products and technology based on reports.
• Product optimization: Continuous monitoring of local Web search user experience problems and issues, propose solutions, establish product targets and propose effective solutions to meet targets, optimize product features, functionality, and improve user satisfaction.
• Promotion of projects: Understand project strategy and project cycle, work closely with local and headquarters staff to achieve project objectives with high quality and high efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and above
• In depth understanding of the local Internet industry and global internet outlook
• More than 10 years living or working experience in the market specified. Native speaker, with excellent English reading and writing skills. Good proficiency in mandarin will be an advantage.
• More than 2 years’ work experience in search engine or more than 4 year’s work experience in internet, with strong passion in the page search field.
• Comprehensive and keen insight, clear logical thinking and data analysis capabilities, as well as independent analysis research capabilities.
• Superior understanding of product development and user needs, ability to think from end user’s perspective.
• Excellent product planning skills, good communication and presentation skills. Ability to quickly formulate abstract product ideas into tangible product solutions.

Position : Product Manager, User Operations, Bangkok Thailand

Responsibilities

1. Mainly responsible for the operations of existing user of Baidu Thailand Products, build product awareness and promote broadcast of Products among users groups.
2. Learn and understand the product features, quality characteristics, specific market needs, and coordinate with Marketing manager and determine local Operating goals and plans.
3. Management of operations vendor and build operations team in accordance to operational needs.
4. Implementation, monitor, analysis, reporting and improvement of operational activities.
5. Management of call center team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree and above
2. Thai language as mother tongue, Fluent in English
3. Ability to read and write mandarin is an advantage
4. Online user operating experience (non-online promotion) is a must
