Web Application Developer (PHP)

Position Summary:

Novaleaf is hiring PHP developers to create cutting edge web applications. We are using PHP for the server and Angular.js for the client, so PHP development is focused on REST driven server-side functionality. Experienced developers in other languages may apply too!

Responsibilities:

• Write web applications, focusing on PHP (server implementation). People experienced with javascript may also contribute to the angular.js based client.
• Participate in product design and development.
• Versatility: Perform quality front end or back-end implementation as needed.
• Understand the Application Framework, Architecture, Coding Convention and Development Guideline used in the Project/Team.
• Work closely as a part of the in-house team to meet project schedules and goals.

Requirements (What you must have to apply):

• Strong programming skills in any scripting languages: algorithm and language syntax: must be able to "start work running"
• Good understanding of modern web technologies such as REST, AJAX, JSON, cross browser compatibility.
• Experience with a PHP framework
• Experience in PHP, Python, ASP.NET, or Node.js
• Experience in front-end development (Javascript, Flash, Flex, etc) would be advantage
• Good command in English.
