พวกนั้นเค้าเซอร์เวอร์เอกชนนี่ครับ ผมมองว่ามันจับคนละตลาดที่คาบเกี่ยวกันเล็กน้อยนะครับ
ถ้าจะมีใครนับว่าเด่น คงเป็น Line มากกว่า แอดไปคุยตัวต่อตัวแบบ WLM ก็ได้ สร้างกรุ๊ปมาคุยแบบสร้างห้องสร้างกลุ่มบน ICQ ก็ได้ ใช้แทน SMS ด้วยรายชื่อในสมุดโทรศัพท์แบบ Whatsapp ก็ได้ คุยผ่านเน็ตด้วยรายชื่อในสมุดโทรศัพท์แบบ Viber ก็ได้ แต่ถ้าจำไม่ผิดยังขาดคุยแบบเห็นหน้าด้วยรายชื่อบนสมุดโทรศัพท์แบบ Tango และแอดไปคุยแบบเห็นหน้าแบบ Skype

ผมว่า ICQ มันน่าจะตายไปนานแล้วนะ ตอนนี้มันเหลือแค่เจาะเฉพาะกลุ่มเปิดกันเอง ส่วนใหญ่ก็เอามาใช้แจกจ่าย file มีแต่บอทอยู่ในห้อง และม้นแทบจะโดนลืมไปจากโลกแล้วด้วยซ้ำ

เอาจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวตอนนี้ก็ใช้ Line, FB Chat บ่อยขึ้นครับ
หลังจากที่ MS บังคับให้เลิกใช้แล้ว ผมไม่ได้ Move ไป Skype ตามแต่อย่างใด แต่ Uninstall ออกไปเลยครับ พอใช้ Line แทน ชีวิตก็ไม่ได้ยุ่งยากขึ้นแต่อย่างใด (แต่ MS ทำตัวเองให้ยากเอง)
