Senior Dot.Net & PHP Developers

Requirement

Knowledgeable in 2 or more of the following domains:
Vb.net, C#. Net, Asp.Net, J-Script, J-son, Ajax, CSS, WCF, XML, MS-SQL, MySQL, PHP, Social media API programming, Flash Action Script.
In addition she of he should be comfortable with two or more of the following applications:
IIS, Windows Server, Lamp, Wamp, Linux, SIP, Asterisk, Networking, Multi-media applications like FMS, e-commerce frameworks like Joomla, Drupal, Magneto, Word press, Smarty, OS-commerce.
All candidates should have a basic understanding of:
OOP concepts,
Domain Driven Design or other development patterns like Scrum.
Programming conventions.
Source and version control usage.
The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant you must have at least 8 years transactional experience in a fast paced corporate IT core banking development, IT risk & security, on financial software development
Degree from a top-tier university or Master’s degree
Solid command of English, both written and spoken.
A passion for development with a personal development portfolio.
Comfortable and adept at taking product questions or new ideas not fully understood by anyone, lead discussions with various parties to determine the relevant pieces of information and distill key points into a clearly presented set of findings, recommendations and action steps

Senior Graphic web designer and UI developers

Graphic web designer and UI developers;
have skills CSS, J-Query, html, Photoshop, flash, Html5

Senior IT security consultant

Determine the required level of assurance, as specified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), in regards to all computer systems and data.
Develop and author system documentation (System Security Plans, Security Requirements Traceability Matrices, Security Test and evaluation Plans, etc.) that supports the Certification and Accreditation process.
Be actively engaged in identifying unique system characteristics, interviewing key organizational personnel (technical, administrative, and executive), working with staff members to compose requisite documentation (security categorizations, risk assessments, contingency plans, security test & evaluation reports, vulnerability assessment reports, etc.), and mapping complex technical requirements, functionality, and capabilities to prescribed security controls, policies, and practices.
Perform an analysis of the existing systems and network infrastructure and provide concrete ideas for the improvement of security.
Create policies, procedures and standards that are descriptive enough for a junior security resource to be able to understand, execute, and maintain.
Create appropriate steps/procedures that should be taken to implement information security requirements for IT systems throughout their life cycle, from the requirements definition phase through disposal.
Develop strategies for reviewing security and audit logs and determining alarms and methods of investigation from the logs.
Develop incident response plan (e.g. hacking incidents, malware/worm/virus infection incidents, physical security breaches) and the requirements for performing incident response activities for security events.
Consult and provide information security recommendations in support of various IT projects. Develop a security awareness training program for management and staff.
The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant you must have at least 8 years transactional experience in a fast paced corporate IT core banking development, IT risk & security, on financial software development
The candidate is required to have one or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, and/or CAP, or possess a similar security professional certification
Degree from a top-tier university or Master’s degree
Solid command of English, both written and spoken.
A passion for development with a personal development portfolio.
