ข้อเท็จจริงก็คือ "การให้เงินเดือนขึ้นเร็วที่สุดคือย้ายงาน" ไม่ใช่เพิ่มทักษะครับ
พอขอลาออกสักพักเจ้านายจะเรียกไปคุย แล้วตอนนั้นคุณจะได้รู้เองว่าเงินเดือนสูงสุดที่ควรจะได้รับคือเท่าไหร่

ประสบการณ์ขนาดนี้ + ถ้าทักษะที่เขียนมาทั้งหมดอยู่ในระดับ Senior (บินเดี่ยวได้ไม่ต้องพึ่งคนอื่นคอย guide)
24,000 น้อยไปจริงๆครับ ควรได้เยอะกว่านี้
ในความคิดผม ถ้าเป็น Software House ข้ามชาติระดับกลางๆขึ้นไปน่าจะแตะ 40,000 บาทได้
หรือถ้าเอาเงินเป็นตัวตั้งเลย ทำแบบ Contract Freelance จะได้เงินสูงกว่านั้นอีกครับ
แต่ต้องแลกกับสวัสดิการและรายได้แบบ indirect ที่น้อยลง (ลาหักเงิน, ค่ารักษาพยาบาลไม่ค่อยมี, และอื่นๆ)

อยู่บริษัทไทยครับ ทำใน inhouse ชื่อดังแห่งหนึ่ง
พื้นฐานต่าง ๆ ทำได้ แต่อยู่ที่ความซับซ้อนของ business logic ผมยังไม่สามารถเข้าใจระบบที่ซับซ้อนมาก ๆ ได้ ตอนนี้ทำงานอยู่ในระบบเล็ก ๆ ครับ
พี่ที่ทำงานชมว่าเขียนโค้ดสวยงามดี
Pattern Design ยังหาเวลาศึกษาอยู่เลย ยังเขียน Repository Pattern ไม่เป็นเลยครับ
Regular Expression ก็ได้ประมาณพื้นฐาน ๆ
ใจนึงก็อยากได้เงิน แต่ใจนึงก็คิดว่าที่นี่ทำงานแล้วมีความสุขดี เจ้าของมีจริยธรรมพอควร แล้วความสามารถมันอยู่กับที่ทำงานด้วย ที่นี่คิดว่าทำงานค่อนข้างดี แต่ถ้าไปที่อื่นแล้วไม่ตรงกับความถนัดก็เสี่ยงอีก ลังเลว่าจะเอายังไงดี

เดิมผม ...เคยจ้าง วิศวกร และ โปรแกรมเมอร์ หลายสิบคน
ตอนนี้ พัฒนา Expert Systems ทำงานแทน วิศวกร และ โปรแกรมเมอร์ ประหยัดเงินไปได้เยอะครับ
ที่สำคัญ เมื่อ ต้นทุน ...ลดลง สามารถกำหนดราคา Software ได้ตามการแข่งขัน ( ทำงานได้เร็วขึ้น )
