Required Qualities & Skills

Technical Skill :

• Expertise in Unix, Linux, and SUN OS and able to manage the Platform
• Good Knowledge in Java, XML and Oracle. - Good Knowledge on Web Server such as Apache and Tomcat
• Knowledge in Software Installation and configuration on Unix Platform.
• Qualities and Interpersonal

Skills:

• Able to manage the crisis.
• Customer Satisfaction Oriented.
• Self Starter and Autonomous.
• Committed and Dedicated.
• Others - Knowledge on GSM, Smart Cards, 3G and Telecom Domain will be preferred

Responsibility & Dimension of Position

• Initial single point of contact for technology & usage problems for all Gemalto products and applications.
• Handle new and/or highly complex Technical problems and find solution or workaround.
• Provide e-mail and phone assistant to customers.
• Provide 24x7 Customer Support in case of need.
• Enter calls into the call Management system.
• Escalate the problems to Gemalto R&D or third party in case of very complex or bugs.
• Deliver and install the solutions on customer production platform if needed.
• Development of tools to capture the data and to generate useful statistics.
