คิดว่าคงแตกต่างกัน ก็คงเหมือนเวลารับโปรแกรมเมอร์และครับ ต้องเขียนโปรแกรมได้ ทำกราฟฟิคได้ เป็นไอทีซัพพอทได้ อะไรประมาณนั้น

เอาจากประสบการณ์ที่เคยทำงานร่วมกัน 2 สายงานนี้มา
Network ก็ตามชื่อครับ งานที่เกี่ยวกับ Network จะมาลงที่เขา
System จะเป็นคนที่ Setup environment โดยรวมของ Server อย่างเช่นเตรียม OS เตรียม dependencies ของ app ที่จะใช้หรือทำ application deployment แล้วก็ monitor status ของระบบ
ส่วน Engineer กับ Admin นี่ในหลายๆที่อาจจะกลืนๆกันอยู่ ของที่ผมเคยทำด้วยเขาก็ควบ 2 อย่างนี้ในตำแหน่งเดียวกันเลย รอผู้รู้ลึกมาบอกอีกทีครับ

ชื่อตำแหน่งบอกอะไรมากไม่ได้ครับ ต้องดู Job Description ว่าตำแหน่งนั้นๆมีหน้าที่อะไร
หลายๆบริษัทชื่อตำแหน่งเดียวกัน แต่ขอบเขตงานต่างกันมากครับ

ผมไม่ใ่ช่ HR แต่ผมตอบจากประสบการณ์ในความคิดเห็นของผมละกันครับ
ผมคิดว่าคงเห็นความแตกต่างอย่างชัดเจนในองค์กรขนาดใหญ่หน่อยที่แยกการทำงานย่อยลงไป หรือไม่ก็ต้องเป็นองค์กรที่เน้นการทำงานด้านนี้ แบ่งการทำงานชัดเจนระหว่างหน้าที่ Admin กับหน้าที่ Engineer และแบ่งสายการทำงานระหว่าง Network กับ Systems บางองค์กรใหญ่จริงๆจะมีย่อยกว่านี้เยอะเลย อย่างพวก IBM
ในองค์กรขนาดเล็กหรือองค์กรที่ไม่ได้เน้นด้านนี้ตรงๆ ทั้ง 4 ตำแหน่งอาจทำงานเหมือนกันหมด แต่สาเหตุเีรียกชื่อต่างกันก็คงขึ้นอยู่กับว่าองค์กรนั้นจะเรียกตำแหน่งนั้นว่าอะไร บางทีอาจเกี่ยวข้องกับเงินเดือนที่ให้
