มีใครใช้ Acer Iconia W510 หรือเปล่าครับ

ผมต้องการจะ Recovery จากแผ่น DVD ที่ให้มา ทำตามคู่มือแล้วก็ไม่สามารถสั่งให้บูตจาก USB DVD ได้
เข้า BIOS ไปตั้งค่า Boot Priority แล้วนะครับ

ลองสร้าง USB Flash Drive สำหรับ Boot จากตัว SystemDVD ที่แถมมาก็ไม่สามารถบูตได้ แต่เอาไปบูตกับเครื่องคอมธรรมดาทั่วไปได้นะครับ

จนปัญญามาก ใครใช้รุ่นนี้แล้วทำได้ ขอแนวทางหน่อยครับ

จำได้ว่า

  • ปิดเครื่อง
  • กด Vol+ หรือ Vol- กดปุ่ม Power กดปุ่ม Start พร้อมกัน
  • กด F2 เข้า BIOS เปลี่ยน F12 Boot Menu ให้เป็น Enable
  • เปิดเครื่องอีกรอบ กด F12 เลือกบูต DVD-ROM

ที่ผมเคยทำเป็น W500 นะครับ ผมถอดคีย์บอร์ดของมันออก แล้วใช้คีย์บอร์ดแยกเอา เพราะกด F12 บนคีย์บอร์ดของ ACER เองไม่ทันซักที -*-

ครับ ทำแล้ว แต่มันมีให้เลือกแค่อันเดียว คือ Windows Boot Media

หรือผมต้องปิด Secure Boot เพราะตัวนี้มันเป็น UEFI ผมลองเข้าไปดูปรากฏว่ามันไม่สามารถคลิกเลือกให้ปิด Secure Boot ได้น่ะครับ

หาข้อมูลจาก Google ไม่มีเลยครับ คงเพราะมันใหม่มาก

ตอบตัวเองครับ เผื่อเป็นวิทยาทานกับคนอื่น

รุ่นนี้เป็น 32GB eMMC ครับเขาบอกว่ารุ่น 64G จะกู้จากตัวมันได้เลย อันนี้ผมก็ไม่แน่ใจ
ระบบของเขาจะเป็น UEFI ครับจะไม่ยอมบูตจาก Media อื่น ๆ นอกเสียจากต้องตั้ง SAFE Boot เป็น Disable ก่อนซึ่งทำไม่ได้จนกว่าจะตั้งรหัสผ่านให้ระบบก่อน

การเข้าสู่ UEFI Config (เข้า BIOS แหล่ะ) ก็ให้กดเปิดเครื่อง แล้วกด Volume- ครับ
พอเข้าสู่หน้าตั้งค่าแล้ว ไปที่ Security ตั้งรหัสผ่านให้ Supervisor ก่อนเลยครับ
เสร็จแล้วไปที่ Boot ครับแล้วจะสามารถปิด SafeBoot ได้ ไปตั้งให้สามารถกด F12 เพื่อเลือกบูตด้วยครับจะได้สะดวก

ที่นี้งานยากครับ การต่อ External DVD เพื่อบูตเข้า Recovery
ผมลองหลาย ๆ อย่างก็ไม่สำเร็จ ลองสังเกตุดู ตอนเข้า UEFI Config บางทีก็เห็นรุ่นของ DVD บางทีก็ไม่เห็น
เลยลงความเห็นกับตัวเองว่า คงเพราะ ระบบมันบูตเร็วไป ไม่รอให้ตัว USB มันพร้อมในการทำงาน รวมทั้ง DVD มันยังไม่พร้อม มันมาสำเร็จเอาตรงนี้ครับ

  1. ปิดเครื่องให้สนิท (ตรวจสอบว่าปิดสนิทไหม โดยการเอานิ้วไปแตะปุ่ม Win ที่ตัวเครื่อง ถ้ามันสั่น แสดงว่าปิดไม่สนิท)

  2. ผมใช้ USB Hub แบบมีการจ่ายไฟภายนอกครับ เสียบไฟให้ USB Hub เสียบ USB External ใส่แผ่นลงไป ตัว DVD จะเริ่มหมุนอ่าน รอสัก 2 วิ ครับ

  3. ครบ 2 วิ ให้กดเปิดเครื่อง แล้วเสียบ usb ลงเครื่องครับ แล้วกด F12 ที่ คีย์บอร์ด

  4. จะเห็น Boot Menu ครับ ถ้ายังไม่มีให้เลือก DVD ก็ทำซ้ำข้อ 1 - 3 ใหม่ครับ

ทีนี้ก็กู้คืนได้แล้วครับ
