ทุกวันนี้ยังมีคนถามแบบนี้อยู่เรื่อยๆ microsoft ไม่อธิบายให้รู้เรื่องแต่แรก หรือเน้นมั่วไว้ก่อนเพิ่มยอดขาย

ตอนแรกก็พอรู้อยู่หรอกว่าถึงบอกว่าอัพเกรดแต่มันก็เอาไปใช้กับเครื่องใหม่ได้เพราะมันเป็น FPP แล้วก็ clean install ได้เลยไม่รู้จะเรียก upgrade ดีมั้ย แล้วพอไปดูหน้านั้นอีกรอบมันก็เพิ่ม 2 เวอร์ชั่นนั้นเข้ามาให้สับสนเพิ่มอีกทั้งๆที่ตอนแรกไม่มี แถมตอนผมอัพเกรดผมลองอ่านสัญญาอนุญาติดูมันก็ไม่บอกซักคำว่าต้องมีวินโดว์เก่าอันนี้ผมอ่านทุกบรรทัดเลยเพราะอยากรู้ว่าถ้าจะยึนยันว่าถูกลิขสิทธิต้องไปควักหากล่อง windows 7 เก่ามาอีกหรือปล่าว =_=

What about upgrading the software? The software covered by this agreement is an upgrade to your existing operating system software, so the upgrade replaces the original software that you are upgrading. You do not retain any rights to the original software after you have upgraded and you may not continue to use it or transfer it in any way. This agreement governs your rights to use the upgrade software and replaces the agreement for the software from which you upgraded.

เป็นราคาอัพเกรด ครับ เพราะต้องซื้อผ่านตัวอัพเกรดจาก Windows 7 (ไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็น Windows 7 แท้ๆ) แต่คีย์ที่ได้เป็นแบบ FPP ไม่มีแผ่นให้ อยากได้แผ่นต้องซื้อแผ่นเพิ่ม
