แนะนำ บ. เล็กๆ อีกเสียงครับ ตอนสมัยผมฝึกงานก็ฝึก บ. เล็กๆ นี้แหละ ได้ความรู้สุดๆ เพราะมันจะใช้เราเยี่ยงทาส ฮ่าๆ อันนี้แล้วแต่ บ. นะครับ แต่ บ. ใหญ่ๆ เข้าใจว่าโครงสร้างเขาค่อนข้างจะนิ่งแล้ว ระบบอะไรก็แทบจะไม่ต้องเขียนเพิ่ม แฟนผมเคยไปฝึกที่ sanook แทบจะไม่ได้ทำอะไรครับ ต้องเป็นฝ่ายเดินไปของานทำขอความรู้ จะไม่ค่อยมีใครมีเวลามาสอนงานหรือป้อนความรู้ให้เท่าไหร่
ตามนี้ครับ เรื่องค่าตอบแทนถ้า

เรื่องค่าตอบแทนถ้าหวังก็คุยไว้เนิ่นๆนะครับ เพราะมีตั้งแต่ไม่ให้ จนถึงให้เท่ากับพนักงานประจำ
