สาย lan ส่วนใหญ่เค้าเอาไว้ซัพพอร์ทกับ PC ที่ไม่มีตัวรับ wlan หนะฮะ
ถ้าเป็นผมเลือก wlan ครับ เพราะใช้ไม่เปนที่
บางทีนอนเล่นเอมบนเตียง นั่งทำงานบนโต๊ะ
เอาไปเล่นในห้องน้ำบ้าง ถ้ามันติดพันจิงๆ ฮาฮา

สำหรับผม ไม่แตกต่างกันเท่าไร ถ้าหอเป็น LAN
ผมก็ซื้อ Wireless Modem ที่มี Access Point ในตัว ราคาราวๆ สองพันบาทหรือต่ำกว่าครับ
ผมชอบใช้ Wireless มากกว่าครับ คล่องตัวกว่ามาก
เช่นใช้ Notebook/Labtop จะเห็นได้ชัด
แต่ถ้าคุณจะมีแต่ PC ก็ไม่แตกต่างกัน
อีกประเด็นที่ควรจะมองคือ bandwidth และข้อจำกัดในการใช้งานแบบต่างๆ
ไม่ใช่เอามาทำ bit แล้วโดนบล็อกนี่สลดเลยนะครับ

+1 เพราะปัญหาเยอะ ติดบ้าง ไม่ติดบ้าง คลื่นไม่ถึงบ้าง เกิน limit บ้าง ฯลฯ

ถ้าเป็นผม ผมเลือก LAN แล้วไม่ติด AP ครับ เพราะผมใช้ PC, ขี้เกียจมาระวังเรื่อง reliability, security แบบว่าเคยแอบใช้ Wireless คนอื่น กลัวกรรมจะตามทำ ^^

ถ้าเทียบความไว กับความแน่นอน สาย LAN ดีกว่าครับ
ผมเลือก LAN เพราะยังไงก็คงได้เล่น ในห้องตัวเองนั้นแหละ

ขอโทษนะครับ แต่ว่าติด AP มันคืออะไรครับ เป็นเครื่องมือแยกต่างหากเหรอครับ ไว้ใช้ทำไร
ปล. เน็ตหอ create เกม ไม่ได้ใช่มั้ย(IPปลอม)

ผมแนะนำให้เลือกแบบมี Lan นะครับ เพราะหลายๆที่ Wireless ไม่ค่อยเสถียร ถ้าเช่าแล้วเล่นเน็ตได้บ้างไม่ได้บ้างนี่คงไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่

ปัจจุบันใช้แลน แต่ก็ไม่ค่อยเสถียรเท่าไหร่เลย เหอๆ
แต่ก็แนะนำแลนครับ ข้อดีคือส่วนใหญ่ไม่ล็อก MAC จะใช้หลายเครื่องก็หาสวิตช์มาต่อ จะเอาไวร์เลสก็เอา AP มาต่อใช้ได้หลายเครื่อง มีเพื่อนมาเยี่ยมก็ใช้ได้ เอาสายจิ้มๆ
แต่ถ้าเป็นไวร์เลสนี่จะลำบาก ส่วนใหญ่ล็อก MAC ไม่ก็ต้องล็อกอินก่อนใช้ ใช้ได้ทีละเครื่อง ถ้าจะใช้หลายเครื่องก็ค่อนข้างยุ่งยากนิดนึง

ถ้าใช้ Notebook ก็น่าจะเลือก Wireless
แต่ถ้าใช้ PC เลือก LAN ธรรมดาดีกว่า ชัวร์กว่าครับในเรื่องสัญญาณและความสเถียร
