คือว่าปกติผมเคยแต่ format แต่เครื่องบ้านอ่ะครับ แล้วทีนี้ notebook ของผม ซื้อต่อเค้ามาอ่ะครับ ก็เลยไม่มีแผ่นdriverเลย ไม่ทราบว่าสามารถหาdriverจากที่ไหนได้มั้งครับ ขอเป็น driver เสียงอย่างเดียวก็ได้ครับ กลัวลงแล้วไม่มีเสียง

เข้าเวปบริษัท notebook ในส่วนของ support แล้วเลือกรุ่นให้ตรงกับของเรา ในบางยี่ห้อจะสามารถค้นหาจาก serial ของเครื่องเราได้ด้วย

จะตรวจสอบรุ่นโน๊ตบุ๊คจากที่ไหนอ่ะครับ ลองให้แฟน(อยู่คนละที่)หาดูรอบๆตัวโน๊ตบุ๊ค ว่ามันมีชื่อรุ่นเขียนอยู่รึป่าว มันก็ไม่มีหรือหาไม่เจอไม่รู้อ่ะครับ ไม่ทราบว่าดูรุ่นได้จากตรงไหนครับ

จริงๆ มันควรจะมี อย่างน้อยก็เป็นสติกเกอร์บอกเลข model + serial แปะอยู่ใต้เครื่อง
แต่ถ้ารอบๆ เครื่องไม่มีชื่อหรือเลขรุ่น ให้ลองกดดูใน bios ครับ
วิธีกดเข้าก็ตามแต่เครื่อง มักจะเป็นกด F2, F12 หรือ DEL ในหน้าจอเริ่มบูตตอนแรกที่เปิดเครื่องเลย เข้าไปใน bios หน้าแรกเลย น่าจะมีบอกเลขรุ่นและซีเรียลนะครับ จดไว้ทั้งคู่ เผื่อต้องใช้อ้างอิงอะไรในเว็บ
แต่ถ้ามันไม่มี.. ก็ถึกๆ เอา ลองเปิดเข้า device manager ใน windows กดปุ่ม windows + break > hardware > device manager แล้วไล่จดรายอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่มี ที่สำคัญก็คือ network adapter, modem, display adapter ประมาณนี้แหละครับ

ไม่ทราบ ว่า พี่ format ไปหรือยังอ่ะ ถ้ายังไม่ได้ format ผมนะนำให้ ลงโปรแกรม ดูด driver เก่า แล้ว Backup ไว้ Drive D:\ ก่อนครับ เท่านี้เราก็ไม่ต้อง ไปหา ไดร์เวอร์ยากแล้วครับ มันจะดูด มาให้หมดเลยครับ ส่วนโปรแกรม ตามนี้เลยครับ

Notebook บางยี่ห้อจะให้มาเป็นแผ่น Recovery ที่ใช้ Format-OS-Drivers เสร็จสรรพ ในคลิกเดียวเลยนะครับ (ซึ่งผมก็ว่ามันก็ใช้งานได้ดีนะ ถ้าคุณไม่คิดจะเปลี่ยน OS)
