Responsibilities :-

• Manage multiple testing phases for program test activities.
• Develop the master test plan, testing approach, and strategy.
• Monitor, manage, and report testing issues.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate testing risks.
• Oversee quality issues on time and initiate quality improvement.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders.
• Lead test team in technical perspective.
• Manage the multiple teams with high pressure.

Qualification :-

• 8 - 10 years of work experience in software testing.
• Experienced test management in Banking is advantage .
• Good command of English is high priority considered.
• Good knowledge and comprehension on the following

         - Software development life cycle and Software Eengineering.
         - Project management methodology
         - Test Methodology, Test management process, and Test tools
         - Software Quality Assurance.
