หลังจากที่ apple ฟ้องหนักๆหลายยี่ห้ออย่างทีเรารู้กัน แต่ยี่ห้อที่โดนหนักสุดคือ Samsung โดนห้ามขายในยุโรปอยู่เป็นเวลาพอสมควร แม้ตอนนี้จะเหลือแค่ในเยอรมันแล้วก็ตาม ผลที่ตามมาคือ Samsung เอาคืนด้วยการฟ้องกลับบ้างจนตอนนี้ดูเหมือนจะรุนแรงเกินไปแล้ว ตามความคิดของพวกคุณๆมีความต้องการที่จะหให้เป็นอย่างนี้รึเปล่า เพราะในอนาคตถ้าเกิดจะฟ้องกันอย่างนี้แล้วผู้เสียหายน่าจะเป็นผู้บริโภคมากกว่า เพราะแน่นอนยักษ์อย่าง apple คงไม่ยอมหยุด HTC ลูกทีมแอนดรอยอีกรายถ้ามีผลกระทบก็คงไม่อยู่เฉยๆ และเช่นกัน Samsung ก็ต้องเอาคืน(ว่ากันว่า Samsung มีทีเด็ดเตรียมรอ iphone5 เอาไว้แล้ว) ไหนจะ Google+moto ที่สะสมอาวุธสิทธิบัตรรอเวลาเอาไว้ถล่ม apple เมื่อถึงเวลาสมควร และยังมีการเข้ามาของ WindowPhone อีก สถาณการณ์อย่างนี้คุณคิดอย่างไรกันบ้างครับ

ในความรู้สึกผมนะครับ samsung เกิดได้เพราะ ก๊อป sony โตได้เพราะ ก๊อป apple แล้ว รัฐบาลก็ ช่วยดันอย่างหน้ามืดตามั่ว อยากให้ apple และ ทุกๆเจ้าที่เคยโดน samsung ละเมิด จับมือกัน ฟ้อง samsung ให้ดับไปเลย

Samsung ลอก Apple เรื่อง Design อันนี้ต้องยอมรับกันก่อนนะว่าจริง ต่อมาคือ Apple ฟ้อง Samsung เรื่อง Design หรือว่าประเด็นทางด้านเทคโนโลยีของตัว firmware (Android) ด้วยรึเปล่า
เพราะถ้ามีประเด็นหลังด้วย ก็แสดงว่า Apple จงใจเปิดศึกรอบด้าน และท้าชน Android/Google โดยตรง และดูเหมือนว่า Apple ไม่กลัวด้วย
ต่อมาที่จะเกิดขึ้น ผมคาดการณ์ว่าอาจจะจบแบบสมยอมอย่างเกินคาด สำหรับคนรอดูดราม่าเรื่องนี้ เพราะดูเหมือนจะจัดหนักกันมาทั้งคู่ และดู ๆ ไปแล้ว Apple อาจจะประเมินความเป็นพาร์ตเนอร์ของบริษัทต่าง ๆ ที่ใช้งาน Android ทำการตลาดผิดไป เลยโดนจัดหนัก และบริษัทที่ไม่ได้มีเอี่ยวอะไรด้วยเลย (หาอ่านข่าวดู เร็ว ๆ นี้แหละ ที่ CEO ทั้งสองบริษัท เป็นสามี-ภรรยากัน) มาฟ้อง Apple ละเมิดสิทธิบัตรเข้าไปอีก และสถานการณ์เอาแค่ตอนนี้ Apple ก็ได้ประโยชน์ไปมากพอดูแล้ว สำหรับการสกัดกั้นการจำหน่ายของ Galaxy Series ได้ในหลาย ๆ ประเทศ
ป.ล. Apple เล่นน่าเกลียดไปหน่อยนะ ในสำนวนฟ้องที่ส่งหลักฐานเป็นรูปที่ผ่านการตัดต่อมา
