เพิ่มเติม: ตอนนี้ทาง codegent ต้องการรับ PHP โปรแกรมเมอร์ที่มีประสบการณ์พัฒนาเว็บแอพพลิเคชัน(2-3 ปี) ที่นี้จะเน้นพัฒนางานโดยใช้ bleeding edge เทคโนโลยี ดังนั้นต้องการผู้ที่ต้องการเรียนรู้เทคโลโลยีใหม่ๆตลอดเวลา (จะพิจารณาที่ technical attitude เป็นหลัก) โดยงานเกี่ยวกับ PHP จะพัฒนาโดยใช้ PHP framework ต่างๆ เช่น CakePHP, Symfony เป็นต้น ส่วนงานพัฒนาอื่นๆ ก็จะเป็น Ruby , Ruby on Rails , Flex เป็นต้น
