คิดว่า... centralize จะดีกว่าอ่ะ บางหน่วยงานอาจจะแยกเป็นเอกเทศก็ได้ แต่ส่วนกลางต้องมีข้อมูลครบทุกอย่าง

เช่น ถ้าเข้าไป (สมมติ) www.go.th (ชื่อเท่มาก ลอก www.com มา ไม่รู้ thnic ยอมให้จดโดเมนเป็น www เปล่า อิอิ)

แล้วในนั้นก็มีหมด ว่าส่วนราชการไหนเว็บอะไร จะติดต่อขออะไรซํกอย่างต้องไปที่เว็บไหน มี sitemap หร้อมระบบค้นหาละเอียดยิบ

มันต้องแบบนี้! ไม่ใช่ โรงเรียนพันโรง พันเว็บ ไม่มีอะไรเชื่อมถึงกัน ตัวใครตัวมัน

อาจจะไม่ต้องรวมเป็นเว็บเดียวขนาดนั้นก็ได้ เข้าใจว่าการที่แยกคงมีเจ้าหน้าที่ได้หน้าไปเยอะเหมือนกัน (เช่นทำหลายเว็บ กินเรียบโว้ย)

แ่ต่อย่างน้อยควรมี guideline ในการทำเว็บนิดนึง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้าน ui (อะไรอยู่ตรงไหน ในเมื่อเป็นรัฐบาลเดียวกัน ก็ใช้ให้เหมือนกันสิวะ) หรือว่า platform ที่ใช้ กำหนดมาเลยเป็น engine กลางอันนึง

เห็นด้วยครับว่าบางอย่าง centralize ไปเลยดีกว่า เช่นโรงเรียนเล็ก ๆ บางโรงเรียน ก็มีแบบ WordPress ให้ (ตัวอย่างเฉย ๆ) หรือไม่ก็มีคนคอยจัดการเรื่องทำเว็บไซต์ให้โรงเรียนทั้งหลาย เพียงแต่ว่าโรงเรียนส่งข้อมูลให้ก็เพียงพอ

แล้วเว็บไซต์ที่มีต่าง ๆ นา ๆ ก็ขอให้ใช้การได้ละกันครับ อย่างเล่น www.pcd.or.th ดีมาก หรือบางเว็บไซต์ที่แย่มากเช่นกัน

ก็สร้าง BLOG ให้แต่ละโรงเรียนก็พอแล้ว อย่างน้อยก็ได้เว็บไซต์ที่อัพเดตข้อมูลง่ายๆ ขึ้นมา 1 เว็บไซต์ ที่เหลือก็ให้ครู update ข้อมูลเอง.. หรือถ้านักเรียนคนไหนสนใจ ก็เข้าไปช่วย update ข้อมูลด้วยก็ได้... อัจฉริยะไม่ต้องอยู่ในเมืองก็เยอะแยะไป ว่าแต่เครื่องคอมพ์เสียบ่อยเนี่ย..​เพราะใช้ windows เป็น os ใช่ไหม?
