System Engineer

The System Engineer will be responsible for maintenance and support tasks for systems sold and/or delivered by our company. As a member of the customer support department the System Engineer will be working as part of a larger global team in order to respond quickly and effectively to customers’ support requests, both locally and in the Asian region. Systems that are to be support includes (but is not limited to) all the product lines under the Vizrt company. The systems to be supported are I.T.-based interleaved with some broadcast systems. In depth product training will be provided for successful applicants.

Responsibilities:

Front line phone and e-mail customer support. Maintain existing systems, upgrades, patches and fixes. Analyze and diagnose problems and write reports. Train and educate customers on system maintenance and upkeep. Provide product demonstrations at customers' site and trade shows. Work both at the office and at customer sites.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in I.T./Science/Computing or related fields.

New graduates welcome General experience with Windows platform maintenance. General experience with Linux/Unix platform. Knowledge of networking.

ฺAdvantage ครับ ไม่มีก็ได้นะ แต่มีก็ดี เอาไว้เรียกเงินเดือนเยอะๆ Knowledge of keyframe animation theory is an advantage. Knowledge of MESA/OpenGL packages is an advantage. Knowledge of C would be an advantage. Good command of the English language.

อ้อ ตำแหน่งนี้นี่ จะมีการ train ให้นะครับ สบายมาก

ก็ขออธิบายเพิ่มเติมหน่อยนะครับ ตำแหน่งนี้่จะพิเศษหน่อยคือ จะเป็นคนที่ "มีโอกาสไปทำงานต่างประเทศ" (ก็ทำงาน + เที่ยวแหล่ะครับ) บ่อยมากๆ แต่ไม่ได้อยู่นานแบบเป็นปีนะครับ อาจจะแค่เดือนสองเดือน ตัวอย่างก็เช่นว่า ต้องไปสอนลูกค้าใช้งาน product ตัวนี้ๆ ที่ประเทศนั้นๆ เป็นต้น
