มันเป็นคำถามที่ไม่รู้จบครับ เพราะบาง isp ก็โดนบล๊อค บาง isp ก็ไม่โดน (แถมยังมีราย package อีก อย่างพวก indy โดน พวก premium ไม่โดน)
ขนาดตอนนี้ vimeo ของผมก็ยังเข้าไม่ได้เลย พูดไปเมื่อหลายเดือนที่แล้ว (และบางคนก็บอกว่าเข้าได้เช่นกัน.. แต่ที่แน่ๆเอา พรก ลง ทุกอย่างจบ จะดองบล๊อกอะไรนักหนา -*- )
