ไม่รู้ว่าหมายความว่าไงนะครับ
แต่ VS 2010 นี่มันเลื่อน เพื่อแก้บั๊กและปัญหาเรื่อง performance มาหลายรอบแล้ว

โปรแกรมตัวโต ๆ ของ Microsoft มันก็บั๊กเพียบอยู่แล้วนี่ครับ
WinXP ออกมาตั้งกี่ปี จนจะตกรุ่นอยู่แล้วยังแก้บั๊กไม่หมดเลย :P
ฟันธงได้เลย ไม่นานก็มี Patch แล้วก็ Service Pack ตามมา :D

อืมมมม ถ้าจะมองในแง่นั้น มันก็ใช่เลยครับ และมันก็เรื่องปกติธรรมดาของโลกซอฟต์แวร์เลยซะด้วย
ถ้าเอาชีวิตเข้าไปยุ่งกะซอฟต์แวร์ของ Oracle, IBM หรือ Red Hat ก็จะเจอเรื่องแบบนี้เช่นกัน
ดังนั้นพูดให้มันเป็น general case ซะน่าจะดีกว่าครับ อย่าเอาประเด็นนี้พุ่งเป้าไปที่ใครรายใดรายหนึ่งเลย ปัญหาแบบนี้มันมีมาพร้อมกับโปรแกรมจากทุกที่ครับ

ผมว่าคำนี้เป็นข้ออ้างของโปรแกรมเมอร์ที่เขียนโปรแกรมแล้วมีบักนะครับ :P
Solitaire, Minesweeper, Calculator และอื่น ๆ อีกเพียบก็ไม่เห็นมีบักเลย :D
