ผมไปยืนยัน NNID ที่ธนาคารแล้ว กด confirm ในหน้า PayPal ก็แล้ว ระบบก็แจ้งว่าทุกอย่างโอเคแล้ว
แล้วพอผ่านกำหนดการ PayPal เมลมาแจ้งว่า Account จะโดน Limit หลังวันที่ 15 ธค นี้ ทั้งๆ ที่ผมก็ยืนยันแล้ว และแนะนำให้เปิดบัญชีใหม่ งง ครับ
ผมควรเก็บอันเก่าไว้แล้วพยายามแก้ไข หรือปิดแล้วสมัครใหม่ดีครับ แต่เสียดายเพราะเป็นสมาชิกมานาน ตั้งแต่ 2004
เพื่อนๆ ทำไงกันบ้างครับ

ของผมก็เจอปัญหาครับ ยืนยันตัวตนทุกอย่างผ่านหมดแล้ว ก่อนหน้านี้ใช้งานได้ปกติ แต่ไม่กี่วันมานี้ลูกค้าโอนเงินเข้ามาไม่ได้สักราย ลูกค้าอีเมล์มาบอกขึ้นว่า PayPal have rejected the transaction

สำหรับคนที่ยังมีปัญหา ล่าสุดผมคุยกับ Paypal เขาให้เปิดบิลล์ไปเรียกเก็บกับลูกค้าเท่านั้นจึงจะสามารถชำระเงินได้ นอกนั้นไม่สามารถรับชำระได้

ผมก็มีปัญหาเหมือนกัน ถ้าต้องรีบใช้แนะนำว่าสมัครใหม่ไปก่อนครับ กรณีอยากใช้เมลเดิมก็สลับอีเมลเอาได้ครับ
แต่ของผมปล่อยทิ้งไว้ก่อน เพราะใช้แค่ไว้จ่ายเงิน cloudflare, google, steam ครับ

ขอบคุณมากครับ ผมเพิ่งเข้าไปอ่านในกลุ่ม facebook เห็นว่าอยู่ระหว่างโอนย้ายจากสิงคโปร์มา PayPal ประเทศไทย เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าอาจใช้เวลา 3-7 วัน หลายคนในกลุ่มกำลังเดือดเลยครับ ผมโชคดีหน่อยที่หลายเว็บผูกกับ Payoneer ไว้ตั้งแต่ PayPal มีดราม่าครั้งก่อน ส่วนลูกค้าบุคคลก็คงต้องหาวิธีอื่น ไม่ก็รอไปก่อนครับ

ของผมตัดปัญหา ปิดบัญชีเดิมแล้วสมัครใหม่เลยครับ ไม่ต้องมาปวดหัว ก็เก่าแก่แหละแต่ช่างมัน ยังดีไม่ได้ผูกอะไรที่ตัดเงินรายเดือนไว้เลย แต่เข้าใจว่าหลายคนมีอะไรรุงรังอยู่บนนั้น จะปิดก็ลำบาก
