ลอง ping www.rd.go.th แล้วได้ IP ของ host คืนมาไม๊ครับ
ถ้าไม่ได้(แปลว่าเกิดจาก DNS)ให้ลองเปิด DoH บน Firefox/Chrome ดูครับ เพราะ 3BB hijack DNS port(53) ทำให้ไม่สามารถใช้ DNS ปกติของเจ้าอื่นได้ ทางแก้จึงต้องใช้ DoH/DoT ครับ

Firefox เปิดแล้ว about:preferences > Network Settings > Enable DNS over HTTPS
เข้าไม่ได้ครับ ขึ้น The connection has timed out
Chrome เปิดแล้ว chrome://flags/ > Secure DNS lookups ถ้าปล่อยไว้นานพอ จะไปที่หน้า https://www.rd.go.th/publish/index.html ได้ แต่จะแสดงหน้าเว็บเหมือนโหลดไม่สมบูรณ์
ส่วน ping ลองแล้วขึ้น Request timed out
ถ้า ping แล้วได้ IP แต่เปิด

ถ้า ping แล้วได้ IP(DNS ไม่มีปัญหา) แต่เปิด browser แล้วเข้าไม่ได้ น่าจะมาจาก routing ของ 3BB พังครับ
กรณีนี้ควรติดต่อ CS ของ 3BB โดยตรงหรือผ่านทาง 3BB social ต่างๆครับ
หรือลองบริการ free VPN ต่างๆ เช่น WARP ของ cloudflare
