จริงๆ Windows จะมี Tahoma ที่สนับสนุนตัวอักขระไทยอยู่แล้วนิครับ
ก็แมปลง Tahoma ให้หมดสำหรับไทย ก็น่าจะหายนิ
ถ้ามีฟอนต์ Thonburi (Mac), Tahoma (Windows), FreeSans (open-source) ในระบบก็น่าจะช่วยแก้ปัญหาได้ ไปแมปฟอนต์ใหม่

ผมเข้าใจว่า Segoe UI มันไม่ support ภาษาไทยนะครับ ดังนั้นเวลามันเจอภาษาไทยมันน่าจะเลือก font ใกล้เคียงที่รองรับภาษาไทย
ดังนั้นคงตามคุณ tekkasit ว่าครับ เปลี่ยนเป็น Tahoma ให้หมด (จริงๆ default font ภาษาไทยทั้ง Serif และ Sans Serif เป็น Tahoma นะครับ)

แต่ที่แปลกใจคือ เป็นแค่ blognone เว็บเดียวครับ
