Project Manager Job Description

is a high growth IT consulting company, founded by IT professional with long term experienced from Microsoft. We are offering IT consulting service and end-to-end solutions in the areas of Business Process Management, Enterprise Project Management and Enhanced Business Communication for large business. Our clients include PTT Plc, PTTEP Plc., The Siam Cement Group, PEPSICO Asia, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage & coordinate the development team to efficiently deliver solutions

• Maintain, track progress and make recommendations to modify processes

• Closely monitor and track project progress to ensure a smoothly and timely handover of the project

• Maintaining an adequate and qualified staff of system development and programming specialists, to serve as key technical resources of the company.

• Ensuring high quality solutions by implementing to ensure accuracy.

• Arrange schedule meeting or any meeting that might be needed during implementation time for team communication.

• Project evaluations and assessment of results

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields

• At least 4+ years’ experience in software development life cycle

• Minimum 1 years of project management experience is required

• Strong experience of design, development and object oriented analysis and design

• Knowledge in web application development using ASP.Net , SQL Server, Oracle

• Knowledge in SAP or any ERP application.

• Broad knowledge of server system, application server, web server

• Good communication skill in English (Written and spoken)

• Ability to lead, manage and coach a team of IT professional to deliver on deadlines and timelines

• High service mind and able to work under pressure, tight deadline and flexible work hour.

• Good understanding in Software Development Methodology

• Workflow or Business Process Management project experience is a plus.
