Position : Product Manager / Product Associate (1 position)

Responsibilities
Collect and define product requirements and specifications to solve problems creatively and effectively
Own features and user experience to deliver exceptional product that exceeds users' expectation
Collect data, user feedback, and market research to identify areas for product improvement.
Prepares product user guides, tutorials and FAQs for internal and external use and manages internal Product Knowledge Database
Manage product timeline, feature prioritization, and version release
Collaborate with stakeholders in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of the systems to ensure optimal operational performance

Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT-related field
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skills
Able to multi-task, adapt and work under high pressure and tight timelines
Passion for start-up culture
Experience in product management, UI, or UX design is a plus

Position : Quality Assurance/ Tester (2 position)

Responsibilities
Understand the product/feature requirements in-depth as well as the underlying technical specification and implementation
Generate test cases and manually test features to be ready for release
Generate bug reports for developers and track bug fixing progress
Provide technical support when needed

Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT-related field
Good written communication skills in both Thai and English
Eyes for details, analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of mobile application testing, web browser application/services
Able to multi-task, adapt and work under high pressure and tight timelines
Knowledge on API testing, web server, database and SQL queries is a plus

Position : IT Support (3 position)

Responsibilities
Be an expert in product and systems
Provide technical and product support to various teams to ensure timely solution and smooth operations
Analyse and solve problem quickly and effectively
Provide feedback and improvement to product team to improve product
Provide training on new product or functions to other teams

Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in IT-related field
Good verbal communication in Thai
Can work in shifts
Can travel to provide on-site support

Position : Data analyst (1 position)

Responsibilities
Analyse data to find insights/business intelligence to improve operations and product
Design metrics and analyse data to measure performance
Suggest improvements, marketing campaigns, opportunities based on data analysis
Monitor and evaluate results of improvement/campaigns
Develop performance metric dashboard for various teams
Lead data analytics initiatives

Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering or IT-related fields
Good verbal and written communication in Thai and English
Eyes for details, analytical and creative
Able to multi-task, adapt and work under high pressure and tight timelines
