At GettGo.com, we want to grow fast in order to be the leader of change in the insurance industry. We also looking for new technology that can improve customer experience and efficient operation with the company eg data analytics, chatbot. We plan to expand API to other platform in eco system in the future. As Head of web development you will
• Be the #1 technical person in the company that responsible for thought leadership and any new technology available to improve our website
• Design, Build, Deploy and Maintain our website
• Responsible for maintaining, expanding with new functions, and scaling company website
• Hire, coach, mentor and lead web development team
• Manage existing products and applications and future roll-out to new locations.
• Responsible for developing new product provided in the specification within the stipulated timeline

Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Management Information System, Computer Science, Computer engineering or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in web programming
• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS/JS
• Familiarity with at least one of the following server-side programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, NodeJS, Java or Ruby
• Hands on experience with API (REST and SOAP)
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Acquainted with Object Oriented concepts and Design Patterns
• Self-starter with ability to operate with minimum supervision and ability to work in a team environment
• Good command of written and spoken English
