มีคนพบว่า Windows 10 รุ่นทดสอบล่าสุด 14352 มากับแอปใหม่ชื่อ Quick Assist แอปที่ให้ผู้ใช้หนึ่งสามารถรีโมตมายังคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้ใช้อีกคนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาได้

Quick Assist รองรับการใช้ปากกาวาดเขียน แต่ยังไม่มีฟีเจอร์สำคัญอย่างการรับส่งไฟล์

ดูเหมือนไมโครซอฟท์ยังไม่ต้องการเปิดเผยแอปนี้มากนัก เพราะไม่ปรากฏอยู่ใน All Apps ใน Start Menu หากต้องการใช้งานให้ค้นหาใน Search ของ Windows ด้วยคีย์เวิร์ด "quick assist" ครับ

อนึ่ง ตั้งแต่ Windows XP เป็นต้นมาได้มีฟีเจอร์ Windows Remote Assistance คาดว่า Quick Assist เป็นการรีแบรนด์ฟีเจอร์ดังกล่าวโดยทำให้แอปทันสมัยขึ้นแบบเดียวกับ TeamViewer

พูดถึง Windows Assistant นี้ ทำหน้าที่คล้ายกับ Remote Desktop เลยหรือเปล่าครับ

คล้ายครับ แต่หน้าที่มันคือไว้กดขอความช่วยเหลือจากคนอื่นอีกทีนึง ไม่ได้ออกแบบไว้ให้เจ้าของเครื่องกดกลับมาควบคุมเครื่องตัวเองโดยตรง มีพวกแชตให้ด้วย

ที่ต่างชัดๆ คือเวลา remote มาแล้วเจ้าของเครื่องนั่งดูหน้าจอตัวเองได้ว่าถูกทำอะไรอยู่บ้างครับ ส่วน Remote Desktop นี่จะมองไม่เห็นเพราะเครื่องจะถูกเด้งไป Lock Screen

เมื่อก่อนเคยใช้คู่กับ MSN มันตัวเดียวกันเปล่าหว่า

พอเลิก msn ไป ก็ใช้ไอที่ติดกับวินโดส์ไม่เป็น ไม่รู้เรียกใช้ยังไง ฮ่าๆ

ปัจจุบันใช้ Skype ให้เขาแชร์หน้าจอให้เรา แล้วบอกให้ทำตาม บางทีก็จิ้มๆ หน้าจอฝั่งเรา แล้วก็ว่า "กดตรงนี้ไง...ไม่ใช่ตรงนั้น...ก็ชี้ให้ดูอยู่เนี่ย"

ปล. Windows มี "Step Recorder" ด้วยนะ ไม่รู้มีใครเคยใช้หรือเปล่า
