Position : UX/UI designer

Responsibilities
1. Research and create realistic, conceptual customer journeys to develop web/ apps user experience
2.Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
3.Optimize digital channels by setting up A/B tests and other experiments
4.Align the design efforts within the UX team and with other stakeholders
5.Initiate, organize and lead the workshop
6.Be a customer representative and promote customer-centric product development
7.Be a source of inspiration and insight for digital innovation and creative thinking
Qualifications
1.Female 22-28 years
2.Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any fields (New Graduate is welcome)
3.Practical experience in development of HTML, JavaScript, MySQL, Graphic Creation (Basic) with Photoshop, Dreamweaver
4.Understand international web standards and protocols
5.Experience in SEO optimization a plus
6.Able to handle multiple client and internal project
