ดำเนินธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับ “IT One-Stop Solution Services” ให้กับลูกค้าโรงงานและการเงินของญี่ปุ่น เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวทางธุรกิจอย่างรวดเร็ว ทางบริษัทฯ มีความต้องการสรรหาคนทำงานที่มีความสามารถเข้ามาร่วมงานกับบริษัทฯ จำนวนมาก

รายละเอียดงาน
• Maintenance the Master Project Plan including update of the As-Is status of each milestone and expected delays, update of changes to the timeline, tracking and integration of Sub-project Plan revisits, and alignment with the Overall Timeline PPT Chart
• Facilitate Project Meeting i.e. weekly PMO, SteCo, PMM, etc. and communication of decisions and Announcements from SteCo, PMM or other relevant information to the project team
• Maintenance of the PMO Issue Log (adding issues from all types of meetings such as SteCo, PMM, Progress Meeting, ad-hoc meetings) and follow up on key/ prioritized issues outside PMO Lead Meeting
• Manage day-to-day tasks / activities in coordination with a project management office (PMO) and business user to effectively meet the deliverables and project schedule
• Ensures tracking of projects are performed to provide status to PMO and project stakeholder
• Manage project documentation in the effective manner
• Raise eventual problems and issues related to the project and propose the actions that must be taken to solve them

คุณสมบัติ
• 10+ years’ experience on large scale IT project implementation as PMO
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skill, Mature, Hard Working, Self-motivated, enthusiastic and service minded
• Quick to adapt to project requirements, traceability, and test/verification case needs.
• Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the project and customer organizations
• Very detail oriented in work and able to follow methodical testing procedures, without taking shortcuts
• Good time and task management skills
