By choosing selected sustainable options, savvy meeting planners get the opportunity to make conscious choices about limiting their environmental impact and therefore comply with the company’s own sustainability strategy at the same time.

The meeting package focuses on a ‘clutter free’ meeting set-up, organic food menu items and local products, bottled water alternatives, electronic presentation tools or a paperless meeting planning process
to reduce printing. Delegates who stay at the hotel have the opportunity to join in Starwood Hotels & Resort’s ‘Make a Green Choice’ program to further contribute to an enhanced environment.
For every ‘Go Green’ meeting that occurs, Le Méridien Bangkok will carry with a donation to the ‘Royal Forest Department’ and support a forest plantation project in Thailand.

A ‘Full day meeting package’ is at Baht 1,600 net per person and a ‘Half day meeting package’ is at Baht 1,400 net per person.
