Qualifications:

Skill Set in need:
- PHP, ASP.NET
- MySQL, MS SQL, MS Access, Oracle, etc.
- HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, etc.
- Having advance knowledge or experience in Web Interface UI (JQuery Animation, CSS, HTML5, Responsive) would be advantage
- Having advance knowledge in Framework (CakePHP, Drupal, Joomla) would be advantage
- iPhone & Android Apps would be advantage
- Good understanding & good logic of web development and real-world web functional flow
- Good literacy in computer system & set up (computer networking a plus)
- Moderate to Good command of English
