-Male or Female with good interpersonal skills
-Bachelor's Degree in Design or related fields with experience over 3 years.
-Creative web designer of strong visual design sensibility,HTML,CSS is a must.
-Good understanding of web usability is a plus.
-Strong in HTML 5 CSS3 JQUERY is a plus.
-Capable in these tools:DreamWeaver,Photoshop,lllustrator,Flash,other related design tools
