Job Description :-

Reporting to the Management team, we are looking for a smart and experienced product management/marketing professional to serve as Project / Product Manager, Product Development. In this role, s/he will be a champion of the consumer's online experience by leading the definition, design, development and implementation of core site functionalities and content offerings that maximize revenue, improve customer satisfaction and enhance the value of the Snember brand. This position is also responsible for continuous improvement of current site products.

Responsibilities :-

• Working closely with the Product team to identify gaps in core product functionality and content offerings as well as to assign priority to key product areas for development
• Driving product definitions which translate and balance business needs, customer needs and technological capabilities into site features and enhancements

• Leading cross-functional teams, serving as product and project manager, to define product specifications, establish milestones, and manage the development, implementation and marketing launch against goals
• Communicating product status, key issues and launch plans to key constituents across the Snember organization including senior management as well as engineering, design, sales, PR, editorial and customer support teams

• Measuring product performance and identification of key levers of improvement - including design and analysis of relevant reports
• Manage Project Timeline

• Monitoring the competitive landscape, identifying and leading relevant market, site and consumer research needs

• Qualifications :-

  • Minimum 3 relevant years experience including at least 2+ years experience in product management at a leading e-commerce company
  • Demonstrated consumer mind-set with preference for candidates from e-commerce/B2C
  • Specific experience in successfully developing and managing new product launches including a proven ability to champion products and drive to key decisions
  • Experienced business judgment, BS/BA required, MBA preferred
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytic skills absolutely required
  • Teamwork skills essential; sense of humor preferred
  • Good command in English / advanced skill on write and read (No problem on Reading and Writing Article)
