Vertasoft Company Limited is Thailand’s fast-growing software & consultation provider of the Enterprise Document Management Solution (EDMS) in the name of “Papyrus”. Papyrus EDMS is the web-based solution with embedded workflow. It was designed for business process and document management to ensure the compliance with ISO standards.
Our main target customers are: Electronics manufacturing industry, Food and Food Preservation industry, Automobile industry, Insurance sector, Real Estate sector, Education and Government sector. We are currently planning to expand into the Asian & European market within 2011.
Therefore the following positions are required :
1. Sales Executive (2 Positions) Responsibilities: - Initiate customer demand and looking for new potentials - Account management through onsite, phone and email correspondence - Onsite sales presentations (travel required) - Preparation and delivery of quotes and proposals - Facilitate contract signing, client setup and coordinate with implementation team Qualification: - Male/Female, less than 28 years of age - Bachelor degree in IT-related field, good in English. Also Japanese and Chinese will be an advantage. - Experience in sales of enterprise solution 0-3 years - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Good presentation skill - Good conversational skills, phone and in-person sales abilities - Self-motivated and initiative personality - Have your own car - If knowing about ISO standard and HACCP will be an advantage Fringe Benifits: - Good incentive - Petrol & mobile phone expense support - Social security (ประกันสังคม) - Car insurance
2. Software Implementater (2 Positions) Responsibilities: - Reponsible for all project implementation activities of our solutions including software installation and configuration - Analyse the customer requirement and change into action - Train users and system administrator - Develop training tools - Co-ordinate with sales and project manager Qualification: - Graduated in IT related field - Male/female age not over 27, good personality - Energetic, self-motivated and good analytical skill - Able to do basic coding of VB or Java script will be an advantage - Able to use MS office, PowerPoint, - Able to work in other provinces (temporally) for some projects - Fluent in English - Have car-driving license Fringe Benefits: - Good salary with bonus - Petrol or traveling & mobile phone expense support - Social security (ประกันสังคม) - Car insurance (if have your own car)
3. Software Developer (2 Positions) Responsibilities: - พัฒนา Products/Solutions ที่มีอยู่ ให้ดีขึ้นในสองด้านคือเพิ่ม Feature ใหม่ๆ และ Customize เข้ากับความต้องการของลูกค้า - พัฒนา Products/Solutions ใหม่ๆ - สนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค และ ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Tester และ Implementer Qualification: - วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์หรือเกี่ยวข้อง - ประสบการณ์การทางาน 0-2 ปี - มีความสามารถในการเขียนโปรแกรมบนเว็บได้ เช่น .NET หรือ PHP หรือทั้งสองอย่าง - มีความเข้าใจหลักการทำงานของฐานข้อมูล, ภาษา SQL และ สามารถเขียนโปรแกรมติดต่อฐานข้อมูลได้ - มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) - หากสามารถใช้ Flash หรือ Adobe Flex Builder ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - สามารถอ่านภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี - เคยพัฒนาระบบ Web-Application & ติดต่อฐานข้อมูล SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle หรือเคยออกแบบฐานข้อมูล จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Fringe Benefits: - Good salary with bonus - Social security (ประกันสังคม)
4. Software Tester (2 Positions) Responsibilities: - ทดสอบ Solution ต่างๆ ของบริษัท โดยการจำลองการใช้งาน, หาจุดบกพร่องเพื่อแจ้งให้ ฝ่ายพัฒนาทาการปรับปรุงแก้ไข และบันทึกลงในระบบติดตามผล - จัดทำและปรับปรุงคู่มือการใช้งานของโปรแกรม และคู่มือการทดสอบ โปรแกรม - รับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าเบื้องต้น เพื่อนำส่งให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องทำการแก้ไข Qualification: - เพศหญิง/ชาย อายุไม่เกิน 25 ปี - จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเกี่ยวกับ IT - สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี - มีความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ อ่าน-เขียน (จำเป็น) - สามารถทางานเป็นทีมกับฝ่ายอื่นได้ - หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริหารจัดการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับระบบ ISO standard หรืองานบริหารเอกสารในด้านการเงิน, การธนาคาร, ประกันภัย ฯ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Fringe Benefits: - Good salary - Social security (ประกันสังคม)
